Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with AYCSHOP_TT. We want you to love what you ordered! Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us via Instagram DM or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned outside this window will not be accepted.

Exchanges We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. If you'd like to swap your item for a different size or colour, reach out to us within 7 days and we'll do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

Refunds Approved returns will be refunded in full via bank transfer within a reasonable processing time. Please note that delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item sent, defective product). In that case, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the stated timeframes will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

How to Start a Return or Exchange Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We'll provide instructions from there.
